Which US visa pathway actually fits your profile?
Eight questions, two minutes. Get a ranked list of employment-based pathways — O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, L-1, EB-5, Gold Card and more — with plain-language reasons for each. No email required.
This tool provides general information based on the answers you select. It is not legal advice, does not consider the full facts of your situation, and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Visa eligibility ultimately depends on the evidence in your record — request a professional evaluation for a real assessment.
What this qualifier measures
Each pathway has hard requirements (a sponsoring employer for EB-1B, one year abroad at a multinational for L-1, $800K of capital for EB-5) and soft factors (how much of the USCIS evidence criteria you can document, how country-of-birth backlogs affect your real wait, how fast you need status). The qualifier scores all eight pathways against your answers and is honest about the hard parts — including the post-FY2024 tightening of EB-2 NIW adjudications and the EB-2 backlog facing India-born applicants.
The ranking is a starting point, not a verdict. Borderline profiles are exactly where good lawyering changes outcomes — see the in-depth guides for O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-1B, EB-1C, L-1, EB-5, and the Gold Card, or compare them side by side.
Want a real answer, not a score?
The qualifier works from eight data points. An attorney evaluation works from your actual record — CV, citations, press, deals — and tells you what a petition would argue.
