What happens after you submit
Your responses go directly to the firm. An attorney reviews the record you describe and responds with an assessment of which categories are realistic, what evidence would need to be developed, and what the timeline looks like given current Visa Bulletin and USCIS processing conditions. We tell people when we do not think a filing will succeed.
