Talk to someone who has read your case.
Email or call and you will reach the firm directly. If you want a substantive answer rather than a callback, the evaluation below is the faster route — it puts your record in front of an attorney before the first conversation.
How to reach us
The best channel for case questions. Include your current status, field, and what you are trying to accomplish.
Phone
Monday through Friday, Pacific time. If we are with clients, leave a message and we will return the call.
Office
Los Angeles, CA 90017
We represent clients nationwide and abroad. Meetings are by appointment.
The faster route.
A phone call can tell you whether we are the right firm. It cannot tell you whether your record supports an O-1A or an EB-1A, because that turns on evidence neither of us can summarize in ten minutes.
The free evaluation asks about your field, your record, your status, and your timeline. An attorney reads it before responding, so the first substantive conversation starts from your actual facts rather than from generalities. It takes about five minutes and carries no obligation.

If you are still deciding which category fits, these may answer the question faster than we can: the pathway qualifier gives an immediate rough read, the comparison table puts the categories side by side, and fees and pricing sets out what engagements cost.
If your case is already filed and you have received a Request for Evidence, start with RFE and NOID response. Those have deadlines, and the response window is shorter than most people expect.
Contacting US Immigration Associates does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before an engagement letter is signed is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential documents until we have confirmed a conflicts check. See our disclaimer for the full terms.
